Nourish your body with Adaptogens

Adaptogen blends have become one of my favorite wellness rituals lately. I nourish my body with them daily using the amazing blends by Moondeli. Adaptogens are organic plants and mushrooms that help the body adapt to physical, environmental and emotional stress and it is so easy to incorporate them into your wellness rituals.

 

 

You can mix them into nut milks, coffee, tea, juices, smoothies or add them into other food recipes. My favorite way to have them is to mix them into my morning cup of tea or create a delicious elixir in the evening with hot almond milk. It's such a wonderful and simple way to incorporate some self-care into the beginning and end of your day. I also enjoy blending them into my morning smoothies!

I absolutely love cuddling up with a good book and a soothing blend of adaptogens. It's such a perfect way to relax and know you're doing something beneficial to take care of your mind, body and spirit.
