Chocolate & Berries Protein Smoothie

I'm so in love with my new little bowls from Coconut Bowls. They are 100% natural, eco-friendly and are made from reclaimed coconuts that otherwise would have been discarded as waste. Each bowl is completely unique and they are so fun to eat out of – not to mention, they make your smoothies totally insta-worthy! Plus, they came with these adorable wooden sono spoons that are handmade from reclaimed Amboyna tree wood in Bali! I was so excited to try my first smoothie bowl in one of these so I whipped up this Chocolate and Berries Protein Smoothie that was absolutely delicious.


The quality of these bowls are amazing. I got one of each of the natural and original bowls. The natural bowl is smooth inside and textured outside, and the original bowl is smooth inside and out. I'm in love with the natural designs on the inside of them as well – they are so gorgeous!!

  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1/3 cup)

  • Garden of Life Raw Organic Chocolate Protein (1 scoop)

  • Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein (1 tbsp)

  • Apple Cider Vinegar (3 cap fulls)

  • Navitas Organics Cacao Powder (1 tbsp)

  • Frozen Cauliflower (1 cup)

  • Creamy Unsalted Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)

  • Cinnamon (sprinkle)

  • Spinach (1 cup)


  • Navitas Organics Raw Cacao Nibs (1 tbsp)

  • Coconut Flakes

  • Goji Berres

  • Frozen Berries (I used a mix of blueberries, raspberries & blackberries)
