As a society, many of us are dehydrated and dependent on our medications. We trust doctors to treat disease without knowing that there is an alternative. Many of us have no idea how important water really is for our bodies. We are left with drinking "processed water" which is actually dehydrating us more. Bottled water is not guaranteed to be any healthier than tap water. 1/3 of bottles tested contain levels of contaminants which exceed allowable limits.
